Getting there: The airport is located about 30 minutes outside of downtown Bangkok where most hotels are located. You can take a taxi for this journey which costs around 300-400 Baht or you can take a train which costs around 100 Bahts. There is also a bus service which connects the airport with the town, this is a cheap and reliable option and the service departs around every 30 minutes.

Location and weather: Bangkok is located in the South of Thailand and has a tropical climate with hot weather, high humidity and frequent monsoons. The rainy season is typically between May and October and the best time to visit is between November and April.
